Robert Masse is the Founder and CEO of Paynovate, a fully-regulated financial institution specializing in issuing and acquiring, as well as payment accounts, for B2B partners across Europe. With a career spanning over three decades, Robert has been a software developer since the 1980s, holds over 20 patents, and has witnessed Belgium’s transformation into a FinTech leader. He founded the Loyaltek Group in 2008, which has since evolved to include several successful ventures such as LoyalPay and Fintronik. Robert holds degrees in Management Engineering from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and Law from Université libre de Bruxelles. He is also a Certified Compliance Officer, ensuring that Paynovate adheres to the highest financial regulations.
