Lawrence G. Walters, Esq., of Walters Law Group, has represented the adult industry for over 30 years, focusing on adult pay site operators, subscription platforms, dating sites, and content creators throughout the world. Throughout his career, Mr. Walters has defended numerous high-profile obscenity prosecutions and has litigated civil rights claims and complex intellectual property disputes in state and federal court. He has participated in 3 cases at the United States Supreme Court involving First Amendment issues. Larry is also General Counsel to the Woodhull Freedom Foundation and former president and national chairman of the First Amendment Lawyers Association. He regularly comments in the national print and television media on free speech and censorship issues and is a widely published author.
