Q Boyer, TopBucks

A 12-year veteran of the adult industry, Boyer has spent the last two years of that time as a member of the marketing and public relations team at TopBucks. An experienced moderator of adult trade-show seminars, Boyer will keep the discussion on track and ensure that the full potential embodied in the panelists’ knowledge of the mobile market is mined for the audience’s benefit.


Jeffrey J. Douglas, Attorney

Jeffrey J. Douglas is one of the leading adult entertainment attorneys, focusing on criminal defense in both state and federal courts. Since 1982 he has represented and advised all segments of the adult entertainment industry, from creation, manufacture and distribution to direct consumer sales. His clients include most of the prominent manufacturers, distributors and resellers of sexually explicit products and services, as well as hundreds of large and small Internet companies. He is chair of the Board of Directors of the Free Speech Coalition, the trade association of the adult entertainment industry. Douglas is chairman emeritus of the First Amendment Lawyers Association and a member of the National Advisory Board of the Association of Club Executives, as well as the Board of Directors of the ACLU Foundation of Southern California. A nationally recognized spokesperson for the adult entertainment industry as well as an expert witness, Douglas appears regularly as a guest on television, radio and Internet talk shows, has testified before Congress and is the author of numerous magazine articles. He has successfully represented clients in state and federal obscenity cases and is regarded among the leading authorities on 18 U.S.C. §2257.


Diane Duke, Free Speech Coalition

Diane Duke is the executive director of the Free Speech Coalition, the trade association of the adult entertainment industry. In her position as ED of FSC, Duke represents the industry to the media, government officials and the broader business community. She works to support and enhance member businesses through value-added member benefits and serves as watchdog for the industry through lobbying and litigation.


Neda Ghazanfarpour, HR Monster, LLC

Neda Ghazanfarpour is the founder of HR Monster, LLC. Ghazanfarpour has more than 10 years of hands-on human resources and operations experience. She has dealt with a variety of real-world situations that make her an extremely well-rounded and qualified consulting professional. Ghazanfarpour has served as director of human resources, director of administration, director of corporate development, and director of operations throughout her career. In addition to her extensive experience, Ghazanfarpour also has a solid educational background. She earned her B.A. in cultural anthropology from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 1998. Just a few years later, in 2003, Ghazanfarpour obtained her master’s degree in organizational leadership, with an emphasis in human resources, from Chapman University. This combination has given her a unique vantage point from which she views organizations and the people inside of them. She truly brings a fresh and positive approach to HR and operations.

For almost a decade Brad Mitchell has been a presence in the adult industry and has become known as one of its most trusted, respected and recognizable faces. As the president and founder of Mojo Host, Mitchell has built the fastest growing and customer-approved hosting company doing business all over the world.<FUNNY SENTENCE> Mitchell has been published many times over the years and has been a panelist on more than a dozen occasions, speaking about a variety of issues all over the country. J D Obenberger, Obenberger & Associates

J.D. Obenberger is a popular worldwide speaker on issues of adult Internet law and regulation, having spoken 62 times since 2000 before thousands of webmasters and content producers in the United States, Canada, Germany, Hungary, Holland and Costa Rica, and in ten American states and three Canadian provinces. He is the author of “Pleasureboating on the River Rubicon,” published in 2007 by the Thompson-West Publishing Company in its anthology, Online Pornography, and numerous other articles which have appeared in AVN Online, XBIZ World, Klixxx, Adult Store Buyer and numerous other journals. Starting from the representation of brick-and-mortar adult book stores, gentlemen’s clubs and other adult businesses in the Chicago area in 1993, he has developed an outstanding national and international reputation for representing the interests of the online entertainment community and as an advocate of liberty in general.

Obenberger successfully litigated the Mike Jones criminal obscenity case and now is engaged in obscenity criminal defense in St. Martinville, Louisiana. He is an active member of the First Amendment Lawyers Association and the Free Speech Coalition. He has handled a wide variety of criminal cases, including obscenity, conspiracy, aggravated kidnapping, forgery and drug cases, both as a prosecutor and as defense counsel, at trial and on appeal, and in locations as geographically diverse as Texas, Italy and Germany.

Gregory A. Piccionelli is widely regarded in the adult entertainment industry as one of the nation’s leading adult entertainment attorneys. Mikael Ramirez, TopBucks

A programmer and designer with seven years of experience in client-side development, Ramirez is a vital part of the TopBucks Mobile design team. With his extensive background in CSS/(X)HTML, Flash and Javascript development, Ramirez is ideally suited to address questions about designing and coding for modern mobile devices, and the differences between that process and traditional web development.


Kelli Shibari, Hourglass8

Kelly Shibari, president of Hourglass8, consults with companies as well as solo performers on how to create successful social media marketing campaigns for their company, site and brand. In addition, Hourglass8’s mentoring program has introduced several new names to the adult industry. Shibari’s diverse background includes degrees in business communication and theater technologies. She is currently working on a new book about social media for the adult industry, and recently featured in AVN magazine’s December issue.


Corey Silverstein, Mojo Host

Corey Silverstein has been involved in the adult industry for the better part of the past seven years. During that time Silverstein managed an affiliate program and dozens of adult websites while attending and graduating with degrees from Purdue University and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Now one of the adult industry’s leading attorneys, Silverstein has represented countless clients in all facets of the law. Until recently, he was the managing member of the Law Offices of Corey D. Silverstein, P.C., a firm he founded in metro Detroit. During that time Silverstein became one of the youngest attorneys to appear and argue before the Michigan Supreme Court. Silverstein recently became the chief operating officer and general counsel for adult industry hosting leader MojoHost. Silverstein’s academic background, legal and business experience have made him one of the brightest, most respected people in the adult industry.


Allison Vivas, TopBucks

The president of the family of companies that includes TopBucks Mobile, Vivas has been the driving force behind the company’s aggressive foray into the adult mobile market, as well as its ongoing success in the subscription website, DVD and other adult industry sectors. Allison’s in-depth knowledge of the market enables her to provide an encompassing context for the discussion, and to answer the questions “why mobile?” and “why now?”


Lawrence G. Walters, Esq., Walters Law Group

Lawrence G. Walters practices law in Florida and has focused on First Amendment law for more than 20 years, representing webmasters and others involved in erotic expression. He has handled numerous obscenity cases throughout the country, including several high-profile obscenity cases involving Internet speech. His practice also includes operational advice to adult industry clients on issues such as 2257 compliance, advertising practices, intellectual property, domain name disputes, gaming issues, and civil litigation. Walters frequently speaks at industry conferences, and he has published many noteworthy articles on relevant legal and political issues. His writings include several book chapters and multiple law review articles. He often comments on national news programs as an expert on censorship and free speech issues. Among his many professional affiliations, Walters currently serves as the national chairman and immediate past president of the First Amendment Lawyers Association. Woolworth has clients that range from small start-up production companies to national distributors that send products worldwide. The Application Process

Once an individual participation request is received by the Internext Expo committee, it will be logged and recorded as an official submission (if it is complete and approved) and will then go through the following process:

  • 1) The Internext seminar committee will review all proposals and will then decide which panelists will be assigned to the education program. These decisions will be based on knowledge and experience of the topic, and past participation.
  • 2) The Speaker Release Agreement must be returned within five business days of receiving the written confirmation email and it must be signed/dated to be accepted.

Rules & Regulations

  • 1) No obvious and gratuitous self and/or company promotion will be allowed at anytime during a presentation. Company literature (excluding the seminar program sponsor(s)) is strictly prohibited in the seminar areas, common areas and within any public areas of the show unless previously arranged and approved by show management.
  • 2) Panelists should arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of their seminar to review the program with the moderator. If presenter fails to arrive on time they may forfeit their right to participate in future seminar/conference programs. It is show management's full right to refuse participation to anyone and for any reason.
  • 3) All presenters must abide by all Internext Expo show rules and regulations including those of the host facility. Rules and regulations are clearly outlined on our Internet site (www.Internext-Expo.com) and on signage at the event.
